Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced couple to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students, guiding them in their personal growth and development.
Essential Skills
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
