Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and structured family environment for students. This unique role involves managing daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
You will be part of a team that guides and nurtures a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing them with a consistent family-like structure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
