Supporting Students in Need

As a flex houseparent, you will play a critical role in supporting students who need guidance and nurturing. Your duties will include managing daily responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration, providing a stable and enriching home atmosphere, and leading students in daily devotions.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. We also offer relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation.
