Our flex houseparent program offers a unique opportunity for married couples to make a difference in the lives of young people. You will live on-campus, accommodating 8-12 students, and provide a stable and loving home environment. Your comprehensive compensation package includes salary, benefits, and free housing.

Benefits include a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, relocation assistance, and paid training. The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and being legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
