Houseparents at Milton Hershey School will have the opportunity to work closely with students, developing strong relationships and making a positive impact on their lives. They will also have the chance to participate in daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and engage in community service activities.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
