Relocation Mentors at Milton Hershey School provide a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We seek married couples to join our team and relocate to Hershey, PA.
As a Relocation Mentor, you will reside on campus and provide a family-like structure for students. You should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and be able to handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid training provided. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
As a Relocation Mentor, you will guide and nurture students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
