About the Position
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Relocation Team Members. As a Relocation Team Member, you will be responsible for relocating to Hershey, PA and becoming part of a dynamic team that provides support and care to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will work closely with other team members to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily care and support to a group of 8-12 students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and academic well-being.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
