Guiding and Supporting Students
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As Flex Houseparents, you will guide and support a small group of students, handling responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
This role requires a high degree of integrity, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with your spouse and students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a family-like atmosphere for students
- Guide and support students in daily life
- Handle responsibilities such as driving and budgeting
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
