About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to provide a nurturing environment for students in our on-campus homes. As Residential Care Providers, you will work together to create a stable and supportive family structure for your assigned group of 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and mentoring students in daily life
- Assisting with transportation, communication, and budgeting
- Covering various duties such as driving and administering medication
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings.
Additional benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, and three weeks of paid summer vacation.
