About the Role:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students
- Assisting students with daily tasks, such as homework and personal hygiene
- Developing and implementing activities that promote socialization and teamwork
As a Residential Care Provider, you will work closely with the school's administration team to ensure that each student receives individualized attention and support. You will also participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as conflict resolution and crisis management.
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably in an under-served setting
- Two years of marriage and age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
