Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents, providing a stable and supportive environment for students from under-served settings. As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of these young individuals.
Your duties will include driving students, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other responsibilities. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of our student homes and provide guidance and support to our students.

This is a two-person job that requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
