What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Care Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a private school that provides an exceptional education and supportive environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade. We are seeking married couples to join our team as residential youth caregivers.
As a flex houseparent, you will provide a family-like structure and support for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

To be successful in this position, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
