Milton Hershey School provides a unique career path for married couples who want to make a difference in the lives of students. As a Residential Care Provider, you and your spouse will live on-campus and provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include guiding students in daily activities, administering medication, and handling transportation duties. A strong background in working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is preferred. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
The salary for this position is competitive, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings.
You and your spouse will have access to comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance and paid training. You will also have a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school. A three-week paid summer vacation is also included in the benefits package.
