What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Care Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Youth Development Specialists to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School.
As a couple, you will live on-campus in a student home and provide a supportive family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing the students, providing basic needs, and maintaining a structured living environment.
You will also assist with daily tasks and activities, participate in daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. In addition, you will ensure students' physical and emotional well-being and contribute to their academic success.
