Job Description
Flex Houseparents are responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students, including:
- Managing daily routines and schedules
- Preparing meals and maintaining a clean living environment
- Transporting students to appointments and activities
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
