We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will live on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, providing a family-like structure and guiding them through their daily lives.
You will be responsible for handling daily responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration, as well as providing emotional support and guidance. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
Key Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
