Role Overview
The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves becoming a flex houseparent, which means you will live on-campus with a group of approximately 8-12 students and provide them with a family-like structure. This includes managing daily activities, administering medication, and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy living environment for students
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote student well-being and safety
- Collaborate with other members of the family support team to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
