About the Job:
This position involves providing a family-like environment and guiding students in their daily routines. Responsibilities include managing student-related tasks, participating in daily devotions, and taking students to Sunday chapel services. You will work closely with other houseparents and support staff to ensure the well-being of students.

As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple). Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's licenses and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
