This is a unique career opportunity for married couples who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. As Flex Houseparents, you will live on campus and work collaboratively with your spouse to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring students, managing household budgets, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment. You will also be responsible for transporting students, administering medication, and participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have a high school diploma or GED.
