What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Caregivers for Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a world-class private school providing an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are hiring married couples to become residential caregivers for our students. As a caregiver, you will live on campus and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will be responsible for handling various tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including free housing, meals, and training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
