Residential Caregivers for Youth

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role involves nurturing a family-like environment while handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.

We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and relocation assistance and paid training.
