What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as live-in caregivers for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Residential Caregivers, you will provide a nurturing environment and daily support in a structured, family-like setting. You will work together with your spouse to guide, mentor, and manage the needs of your assigned group of students, including administrative tasks and promoting a positive atmosphere.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. The couple must also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
