As a Houseparent, you will enjoy a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 per couple. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings.
We also offer relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school. Three-week paid summer vacation is also provided.
