We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
As flex houseparents, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This unique role requires consideration and commitment from both spouses, who must work together to provide a supportive and caring environment for the students.
