Milton Hershey School is committed to providing students with a supportive and educational environment. We are seeking married couples to become Residential Counselors, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like setting.
As a residential counselor, you will provide guidance and support to students, as well as handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and leading daily devotions. Residential counselors cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

As a residential counselor, you will have a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school. You will also receive a three-week paid summer vacation.
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
