About the Role
As a houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a stable and loving environment for your assigned group of students. You will work closely with your spouse to ensure that the students receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
