About the Role
We are seeking married couples who can provide a nurturing family-like environment for our students. As a Residential Educator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students in a residential setting. You will work closely with your spouse to create a safe and supportive community that fosters academic success, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to students, including homework help and life skills development
- Create a positive and inclusive living environment that promotes socialization and relationships among students
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure students' academic and personal needs are met
- Participate in weekly devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services with students
Requirements
- Legal marriage of at least two years
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions
