The Position
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will play a critical role in creating this family-like environment for the students. You will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities, driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home, and you must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
