Job Responsibilities
As a residential youth caregiver couple, your primary responsibility will be to provide a nurturing family-like environment for our students. This includes guiding them in daily activities, personal development, and transportation. You will also administer medication and handle various household responsibilities. A structured schedule ensures work-life balance and allows for nine days on followed by three days off. Three-week paid summer vacation is also included.
