As a flex houseparent at the Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our students. Your duties will include:
- Providing guidance and support to students in daily activities
- Managing daily tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budget reporting
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
You will work closely with your spouse to provide a consistent family-like structure for our students.
