About the Role
You will live in a campus residence with your partner and oversee a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for these young people, helping them develop into confident, capable individuals.
Key Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
