Milton Hershey School is committed to providing a nurturing environment for students in need. We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Provide a family-like environment for students
- Guide and nurture students in their personal growth and development
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and managing household budgets
- Ensure the well-being and safety of students
Requirements
- Experience working with youth from under-served settings
- Couples must be at least 27 years old and have been married for at least 2 years
- No more than 3 dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license required
