Creating a Supportive Family Structure
Milton Hershey School is looking for married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. In this position, they will live on-campus with a group of students and provide a supportive family environment.
The ideal candidates will have experience working with youth, preferably from underprivileged backgrounds, and will be able to handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.

Key Qualifications
