About the Position
This position requires living with and supervising high school seniors in campus residence buildings in Hershey, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring students, supervising residence activities, and collaborating with staff to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement life skills training programs for high school seniors.
• Supervise evening & weekend recreational activities, ensuring student safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to evaluate and enhance the program.
• Provide coverage in MHS's students homes as needed.
• Participate in Sunday chapel services with students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Valid driver's license in good standing and an ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van.
- Experience working in youth residential settings a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage conflict and inspire others.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are role models for students.
