We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Transitional Living Assistant to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work closely with high school seniors, teaching them the life skills necessary for success after graduation. This role involves mentoring, supervising, and supporting students as they navigate the challenges of high school and prepare for their future careers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to effectively manage conflict and inspire others. You should also have a Bachelor's degree and experience working in youth residential settings, with a valid driver's license in good standing.Experience mentoring, teaching, and/or advising diverse youth from under-served settings is desired
Benefits
This is a year-round position, working a schedule of 9 consecutive days followed by 3 days off. Compensation includes a minimum annual salary of $48,799, plus a benefits package that includes housing and utilities. Up to $2,800 in relocation assistance is available.
