We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as residential life coordinators. As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with students, providing guidance and support in a residential setting.
Responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, engaging in daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
