Become a part of Milton Hershey School's team as a family living coordinator. In this unique role, you will live on-campus and provide a family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities include guiding students, handling responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and serving as role models in the students' lives. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We require couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings, is highly desirable.
