What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Mentors and Educators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Mentors and Educators. As a married couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a supportive family-like environment for students
- Managing daily responsibilities such as administration and budgeting
- Nurturing and guiding youth from disadvantaged backgrounds
