Job Title: Residential Youth Caregiver
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As Residential Youth Caregivers, couples will live on-campus to provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Couples will guide students, manage household tasks, and facilitate daily schedules while maintaining a family-like structure. They will reside in on-campus student homes, providing a consistent and supportive environment for approximately 8-12 students.
Requirements
Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is required. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also necessary.
