Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to fill the role of Household Leaders, supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds in their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Household Leaders will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for students, handling daily activities, and participating in school events. They will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff members are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and the couple must be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA.
Benefits and Perks:
