Position Summary
We are seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will live in an on-campus student home and provide a supportive community for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will work closely with your spouse to guide and nurture the students, administer medication, and assist with daily activities.
Responsibilities:
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
* Relocation assistance and paid training provided
* Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during the week
* Three-week paid summer vacation
Requirements:
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
* Both spouses should be age 27 or older
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* High school diploma or GED required
