Job Description
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Assisting with daily routines, such as mealtime and homework
- Driving student home vans and transporting students to and from activities
- Completing administrative tasks, such as reporting and budgeting
You will work closely with your spouse and other staff members to create a safe and supportive environment for our students.
