What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Residential Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for Youth Residential Mentors to provide guidance and support to our students in a residential setting. As a couple, you will live on campus with a group of 8-12 students, creating a family-like environment that fosters growth and development.
Candidates must have experience working with youth and be committed to upholding the school's values in a smoke-free and weapon-free environment. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services
- Age 27 or older, both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
