In this role, you will provide a supportive and loving family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a House Parent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
