Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated couples to join our team as residential mentors. In this role, you and your spouse will provide a stable and supportive living environment for students, helping them navigate the challenges of adolescence and develop into capable young adults.
As a residential mentor, you will be responsible for guiding students through daily routines and activities, including mealtime, homework, and leisure activities. You will also help students develop essential life skills, such as self-care, relationships, and independence.
About the Role:
