Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Flex Houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. They also participate in daily activities with students, supporting their academic, emotional, and social growth.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
