What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring couple to join our Milton Hershey School community as House Parents. In this role, you will work closely with students, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help them succeed academically and personally.
As a House Parent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and managing student homes.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of integrity. They will also need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
