Job Description
We are seeking married couples to fill the role of Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding a group of 8-12 students and addressing their daily needs
- Maintaining a family-like structure and providing a nurturing environment
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Working effectively with your spouse as a team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Strong integrity and excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively with your spouse as a team
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
