Job Description
The Youth Development Specialist works as a flex houseparent, providing a nurturing environment for students in a family-like setting. This role requires couples to oversee the well-being of a group of 8-12 students, engage in daily activities, and participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
Couples are responsible for budgeting, driving, administering medication, and reporting on student progress. They also participate in training programs to ensure they are equipped to handle the responsibilities of this unique role.
