About the Role
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a warm and supportive living environment for your assigned group of students. This includes planning and preparing meals, maintaining a clean and organized living space, and engaging in activities that promote academic success, emotional well-being, and social development.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our academic staff to provide individualized support and guidance to your students. Our goal is to help each student reach their full potential and succeed in all areas of life.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple). This includes comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three weeks of paid summer vacation.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and have valid driver's licenses.
